    I need help installing mods... I have tried several times to follow videos.. only mod that works is united callouts. That has worked great. I want the different cars, the computer with court data and citations, the speed radar and plate scanner. I have tried using larrys mod loader but that doesn't seem to help. anyone that would be willing to help I don't mind donating to them for their time. Thanks in advance for any help

    I tried to open this with 7-zip extracted and unextracted and it did not load into the game after typing reloadallplugins. Any help would be appreciated.
