    Maybe if you use the OIV install one more time? It usually helps when I have that problem. You might have some other mods/plugins/scripts installed that collide with this plugin and causes the crash because it works on my side. If you're new I suggest you use the OIV install since it's just couple of clicks. Just run the OIV install and use the mods folder. (Youtube should help as well if you can't understand me)
