Looks like it went down to 1 error code now

here is this error after downloading the links that you guys put up.

I have and I still get same error. I even restarted computer. Is there a certain location I need to download the file too?

Hello, I recently purchased a new pc specifically to play lspdfr it's a Skytech gaming pc which is capable of playing the game. I followed 2 different tutorials to download one was manual and the other was not. Both times when I launch rage hook it states i do not have Microsoft visual c++. I am not super into computers but know enough to get by i went and downloaded the two links from previous forums and got no results. I wiped all the downloads and the game files and went back to scratch. I am hoping someone out there is kind enough to assist on what the possible issues could be. Thanks in Advance! Justin
