    Nevermind; I found a solution. Simply install the .NET 4.0 Full Profile; versus the Client Profile, which is what I had. To others, who may experience this problem; read this post for help

    Well, I've already got .NET Framework 4.0; Restarted my computer, all of that. But, the new installer says I don't have it. I run the Diagnostic tool, and It says I have it. I use the new LCPDFR Version, and it says I don't. I'm completely confused.
