This plugin allows you to control the camera after the player dies and observe what is happening around you. You can move the camera around, zoom in and out, and then respawn whenever you want.
 
📖 Usage
After your character dies, you can rotate/move the camera.
Use the “Phone Up”/“Phone Down” controls to zoom in and out.
Use the Shift (⌨)/ Attack (🎮) control to increase, and Ctrl (⌨)/ Aim (🎮) to decrease the speed of movement
When you want to respawn, use the “Jump” control. Or Ctrl+Jump to respawn in place.

You can adjust some settings in the .ini file :
Hide the "Wasted" message.
Respawn at the hospital/respawn in place.
Enable/Disable the camera shake.

1. Prerequisites

2. Installation
Open the downloaded .zip archive, then drag and drop the contents of the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder into your game folder.
After installation, you should have the following files:
[Game folder]/plugins/DeathCam.dll
[Game folder]/plugins/DeathCam.ini
[Game folder]/RAGENativeUI.dll (Not included, see Prerequisites)
3. Enable the plugin
Automatically on startup: go to RPH settings > “Plugins” tab > check that the plugin is selected (or that all plugins are loaded on startup).
Manually in-game: Open the RPH console and type LoadPlugin DeathCam.dll
Known issues and incompatibilities
This plugin in incompatible with:
Menyoo "Manual Respawn" feature (obviously),
Menyoo + LSPDFR together.

Ce plugin vous permet de contrôler la caméra après la mort du joueur, et d'observer ce qu'il se passe autour de vous. Vous pouvez déplacer la caméra, zoomer, puis réapparaître lorsque vous le souhaitez.

🔧 Configuration
Vous pouvez ajuster certains paramètres dans le fichier .ini :
Masquer le message "Vous êtes mort".
Réapparition à l'hôpital/sur place.
Activer/désactiver les tremblements de la caméra.
 
📖 Utilisation
Après la mort de votre personnage, vous pouvez déplacer/orienter la caméra.
Utilisez les contrôles "Téléphone Haut"/"Téléphone Bas" pour zoomer.
Utilisez Maj (⌨)/ Attaque (🎮) pour augmenter, et Ctrl (⌨)/ Viser (🎮) pour diminuer la vitesse de la caméra.
Utilisez le contrôle "Saut" lorsque vous souhaitez réapparaître. Ou Ctrl+Saut pour réapparaitre sur place.

Ouvrez l'archive .zip téléchargée, puis glissez le contenu du dossier “Grand Theft Auto V” dans votre dossier du jeu.
Après l'installation, vous devriez avoir les fichiers suivants :
[Game folder]/plugins/DeathCam.dll
[Game folder]/plugins/DeathCam.ini
[Game folder]/RAGENativeUI.dll (Pas inclus, voir Prérequis)
3. Activation du plugin
Automatiquement au lancement : allez dans les paramètres de RPH > onglet "Plugins" > vérifiez que le plugin est coché dans la liste (ou que tous les plugins sont chargés au lancement).
Manuellement en jeu : Ouvrez la console RPH et entrez LoadPlugin DeathCam.dll
Problèmes connus et incompatibilités
Ce plugin est incompatible avec :
L'option "Manual Respawn" de Menyoo (logiquement),
Menyoo + LSPDFR ensemble.

Did you get shot? Take cover and apply your tourniquet before you bleed out.
If you get shot in a limb, there's a chance you'll have a bleed on that limb, and you'll also have an injured walking style, to get rid of that you'll have to be treated by paramedics or heal yourself.
 
⚠️ Important if you're updating!!! Replace "DamageTrackerLib.dll" and "DamageTrackingFramework.dll" (They require an update)
 
To use the plugin you would have to bleed first, there is a chance that you will bleed when you get shot or stabbed, once you start bleeding you can press the tilde key, which is under your 'Escape' key. After you finish applying the tourniquet you will still have the injured walking style, to get rid of this you must be fully healed.
 
⚠️ Important to read
- Vari's Damage Tracker Framework is required for this plugin to work! (Comes included)
- It is vital to load both Tourniquet.dll and DamageTrackingFramework.dll, otherwise, the plugin will not work.
- You can only bleed a second time in the same limb once your health is back to 100%, otherwise, the rest of the bullet impacts for that limb are ignored!
- If you encounter a crash, details are automatically reported to the developer, you may disable this in the Tourniquet.ini.
 
Remember to load the DamageTrackingFramework.dll! (Check here how)

Important
Load the DamageTrackerFramework plugin, it is required for this to work. You must be bleeding to apply a tourniquet. Hold Left Control and press ` to open GTA's cheat code menu. Please note that there is a chance that you'll bleed if you get shot in a limb, so you won't always bleed. The injured walking style only gets reset if you're fully healed, so get treated by paramedics or heal yourself. Using 'Deadly Weapons' makes surviving harder since you are likely already close to death in the first place.  
 
(The DamageTrackerFramework plugin is already included in the download folder, make sure to load it with F4>LoadPlugin "DamageTrackingFramework.dll")

Good morning, afternoon, evening, or night depends on when you are reading this. I am back with my newest vehicle creation. These vehicles comes with the same animations as my previous release except now with working front windows you can roll up or down as you desire. It also comes with working interior dome light. These vehicles is based off of my imagination. I took extra care into making sure everything is up to par before release. F.Y.I. if you wish to know how to get the wipers to work just copy and paste the link into your search bar and download and install the script into your gta 5 folder and drop vehfuncs v folder in gta 5 folder overidding existing folder and that's it. If you wish to know how to roll windows up and down, on controller hold right on d-pad, on keyboard hold h. There's also a els texture for those who like all blue and being that the red and blue lighting sync with one another the lighting is therefore blue and white but amazing. Vehicles are dlc and also made to replace sheriff and sheriff2 slots. Here's a quick vid of vehicles.
