    How to install - Open File Explorer. Go to your GTA 5 Main Directory then go to "LSPDFR" go to data and open "agency.xml" Now scroll down and put the OpenMe.txt Paste all of them except for this text "Insert the following code inside of agency.xml at the bottom of the file above </Agencies> and below </Agency>" Heres the original one if you wanna remove it agency.xml
