Been a while, here are some recent liveries of mine I thought I'd share. The liveries are based off the older livery designs of New Britain, Connecticut. 
 
The liveries come in 2K, 4K. and are lore friendly. For the CVPI's, both have extra liveries that slightly alters the main design. 
 
The Liveries are Made for These Bases:

This is a pack of Georgia State Patrol Vehicles from 2006-2014. The vehicles come with both slicktop and hardtop versions. Enjoy
 
Some vehicles may be a little different than in the photos due to the photos being taken when the vehicles were made, and changes, modifications, or updates may have occurred since then.

Alright Last one for today. Mckinney PD mini pack. Focused on their newer fleet but will be expanded soon. As of no it only has 4 cars.
This is an ELS Hybrid pack. You are going to need SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work properly you will also need to keep this in a DLC format since it uses custom meta files. These WILL NOT work as replace so keep that in mind.

This will go very well with my Plano PD pack as they are always assisting each other.

Hello all. After seeing the lack of Texas packs out there, I decided to give TX some love. I bring you my DPS Mega pack. This pack has 18 cars and is as accurate as i can get. 
This version is an ELS Hybrid but i do have a DLS version available in my discord as well. Features
Full 3 stage lighting with takedowns and allys 
Both Chargers have an animated spotlight that you can activate by holding H or right on the dpad then turn on the highbeams. 
The 21 Tahoe K9 versions rear windows are extras so you can run them up or down or however you want and they will not go back up if you repair the car. 
The 18 FPIU has extras such as the radar on the roof and the ALPRs
The Hellcat Redeye has a custom engine sound included in the dlc and a super fast handling line.

Note: For all blue ELS, you must extract the ELS textures from the vehicle's YTD and edit them using software such as paint.net, gimp or photoshop or anything similar. To edit the VCF to emit blue light; Locate your files, open it and search for <Extra01 IsElsControlled="true" AllowEnvLight="true" Color="blue" OffsetX="-0.70" OffsetY="-0.20" OffsetZ="0.50" />". Switch the ones showing Color = "Red" to Color = "Blue.

THIS PACK REQUIRES THE 32 SIREN SETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER SCRIPT (SSLA). WITHOUT IT SOME LIGHTS WONT WORK!!!

Q. Some lights work. others don't? A. Make sure you have SSLA Installed.
Q. What format will the files come in? A. These files will come as a Addon ONLY
Q. Are these cars going to have reflective liveries? A. No.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "vbpd pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/vbpd pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Hello world! This is my SECOND vehicle, it still has no LOD's but my next model will.

Here is a quick Durango I made.

This vehicle is packaged with mostly KForce lights, however, it does have Whelen mixed in as well (Sue me)
Lighting is red, white and blue
Vehicle also features a loaded interior and trunk storage
Vehicle has working takedowns and alley lights as seen in the screenshots
