Worst pack ever, so shitty that I'm a beta tester using the vehicles in my game. The update will be a massive bomb drop here, I'm sure of it. Sky makes some of the most high-quality models while constantly being bullied by his staff team, overworked and underpaid he still somehow shits out gold. Sky has already stated (In his discord) he's not making a CHP pack, there are plentiful amounts of California based packs including CHP that are either ELS or ELS convertible in the modding community. It'll only get better with updates, as a beta tester the pack has evolved to an amazing, plentiful, and quality pack. Sky isn't making any 2016 FPIU Code 3 builds, most of the vehicles are using Federal signal builds minus one charger.
