Update: I installed LSPDFR again and updated Rage Native UI and started it without any plugins. Worked so i decided to try with just one mod and it seems to work. I do have a new problem though. The game doesn't render, It's grey and i can not see the roads, houses or anything. How do i fix this?

Hello, yesterday i installed everything needed for this mod. I followed a tutorial to make sure everything was installed right. With other words i have the latest LSPDFR and rageplugin etc. I added a few mods, stoptheped, ultimate backup etc. So i go in game and load in all the plugins, works fine. But when i forceduty or go to the police station the game crashes just after loading in the mods. I tried going on duty without the mods but the same thing happens.
