    For anyone experiencing crashing with v1.1, the included vehicles.meta in the .rpf is blank 1.) Extract the vehicles.meta from the MetaFiles folder 2.) In OpenIV, navigate to 'mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>statecars>dlc.rpf>data' 3.) Make sure Edit Mode is turned on, drag and drop the vehicles.meta and overwrite.
