you have to replace all the files from the mod with the origional ones in order to do that go to all the path ways where you put the modded files but first go to all the path ways but DONT go into the mods floder go to the regular game files for the pedpersonality.ymt go to update / update.rpf / x64 / data / metadata for vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta go to update / update.rpf / common / data / ai for vehicles.meta go to update / update.rpf / common / data / levels / gta5 make sure your NOT in the mods folder then drag and drop thoes 3 files to your desktop then go to all the path ways in your MODS folder and replace them with the ones you put on your desktop vehicles will start to speed again
