It was a quick fix for me. When I was in Open IV the files where not dragging and dropping. To fix this I ran open IV as a administor (which was the issue) and set the correct permissions and than stopped running open IV as a admin. So the short awsner is do not run open IV as a admin. You can change the permissions by clicking here when open IV is opened:

Hello, I am having troubles with the EUP Vests. I installed the vest correctly but when I go to the EUP menu in Create Outfit -> Armor the vest doesn't show. It came to my attention that I need the "mpClothes - Addon Clothing Slots 1.0". But, I am having issues installing it. Because I am new to modding and LSPDFR in genral, I have no clue on how to install "mpClothes - Addon Clothing Slots 1.0". Thank you for any support. I found out the issue! Because I have custom vechicles, the ELS wasn't working. I simply just had to install the vechicles the correct way. Thank you for trying to help @OfficerChris1

Hello I recently got the ELS plugin it was working fine but then when GTA Online came out with the new update I had to reinstall GTA and LSPDFR. When I added the mod again it no longer worked. I've tried everything, running just LSPDFR and the ELS mod without any other plugins, turning off my anti virus does anyone have a solution? Thank you. Link to mod:

Hello, I got LSPDFR working finally and then I head to a local station go to the back by the lockers it tells me to hit "E" and I do but it won't open up the menu. I've already went to Settings>Command Line Switches>Enabled DirectX 11 AND Force windowed mode.
