turns out the steady-burn is there on purpose

so i've been using this highway patrol pack: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/sahp#description_tab and one of the lights on all of the cars in it stay on like this anyone know the culprit or how to solve it? (1.2545 GTA and it's not ELS) P.S: does anyone have any other Highway Patrol/State trooper addon DLC packs? Preferably non-ELS since I find it too complicated

Update: nevermind, figured out that only unidentifiable substances or actual firearms can be collected as evidence

So with Stopthatped installed, it apparently lets me search the ped and their vehicle for weapons and narcotics to test later. In my traffic stop, I have patted down the ped and searched the car with a K9 and confirmed they have a weapon and a baggie. I want to know, how do I get both of these from the ped and the vehicle so that I can test them in the trunk of my cruiser?

Update: It worked! Thank you so much! I was really bummed out when I couldn't pull over with the FIB pack, but now it works 🙂 Thank you for the support!

Title says it all, I have LSPDFR and callouts etc. working properly, I was just wondering how you can add add-on vehicles to some sort of list to let them pull over suspects. I was using the FIB Police Scout addon vehicle and it didn't let me pull over someone until I switched to a vanilla emergency vehicle. Some people said its something to do with carvariations.meta but I need full instructions as to not screw up my game 🙂 (I don't have ELS installed, all I want to use is the built-in traffic stop feature)
