This was made about the time a released my ULSA Police CVPI - It's being released now as I got slightly side-tracked on other projects instead of fixing some of the liveries.
Anyway I made this just to practice a bunch of liveries in hopes of improving, some came out better than others but I'm happy with 90% of them.
And yes, I did a livery for every hospital in the game - Why? We will never know.

fivem-eup-conversion is a simple script that allows for the transfer of FiveM ready eup to singleplayer ready eup.
## Tutorial On Conversion
1.) Download Node.js: https://nodejs.org/en/download/
2.) Run the installer
Now you are done with that.
Second steps
3.) Extract the given zip/rar
4.) Put all the files you wish to convert into the `_eup/Input` folder.
*DO NOT DELETE THE PLACEHOLDER FILES INSIDE THE FOLDERS*
5.) Then run the `start.bat`.
6.) All the files in the `_eup/Output` folder are now ready for singleplayer and split into props and clothing.
 
### Some Notes
 
mp_f_freemode_01_p  Files with a p will be in the props folder and without a p will be in the cloth folder

I was planning to upload this much earlier but life caught up to me. With that being said, I believe the EUP outfitpreset.ini for 9.6 is a little wonky, but I can't remember right off) 

Good morning, these are Tesla Super Charger's located at 5 differnt locations around the map.

The locations are as follows:
- Maze Bank Arena - 8
- Del Perro Pier - 6
- Rockford Hills/Burton - 6
- Palmer-Taylor Power Station - 4
- Willie's - 5

At night the logo lights up, not too much. But it is noticeable.

There also a Coil version of these Super Charger's for muh lore. The emissive for the night looks weird, I'm not fixing it.

I'm not sure what version of Super Charger this is exactly, but I think it is V3. So these ones have somewhere a credit card reader on them and allows for non-Tesla's to charge with them.

Something something I don't care for your opinions on EV's.

Currently there is not a singleplayer version, if someone makes one please feel free to message me and I'll include with the download.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this pack uses all 32 available sirens, which means you will require the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster in order for them to work. If you don't have it installed then the lights will look dumb just like you for not having it. Anyway, moving on...
 
This is my very first vehicle upload and i decided to go with the Margate Police Department (Florida). The lighting may not be as interesting but i really loved the livery. I'm sure many of you will love it too.
 
* ELS Version
ELS version features full scene mode (takedown and scene lights together), cruise function (lighting stage 1), "park pattern" (stage 2) and forced pattern when honking the horn. It includes optional lore friendly liveries for the Rockford Hills PD and Los Santos PD aswell.

* DLSv2 Version
The DLSv2 version of this pack features full scene mode, alley lighting, takedowns, cruise function (corners and full cruise), brake override, horn override, door kill and siren tone kill (meaning it will shut off when out of the vehicle). It also includes optional lore friendly liveries for the Rockford Hills PD and Los Santos PD.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that this pack works exclusively with DLSv2. DLSv1.4 configs won't work with this or any other vehicle pack that uses DLSv2 since the latter was completely reworked recently and, unfortunately, updating to the latest version would mean you'll have to get rid of your previous configs.

NOTE REGARDING CUSTOM LIVERIES: if you wish to add your own liveries, you will need to replace tahoe71_reflective with a transparent texture. Otherwise it will clip through it and it won't look right.
 
The lighting on this vehicle pack is based on its real life counterpart, but feel free to edit the carcols and make your own pattern. If you feel it's going too fast, you can also change the lighting's speed by editing the <sequencerBpm value="1180" /> line in the carcols.meta file. I suggest you to learn more about carcols before doing so.
