    What'd I do wrong in installing ELS for the vic? I installed the ELS VCF file for the 2011 CVPI into the pack_default file, I changed the name of the xml file to the replacement I set for the vic, which is policeold1. I replaced the policeold1 vehicle with the 2011 CVPI. The lights don't work, nor the sirens. However, when the vehicle turns on I notice that the spotlight is on and steadyburns for the red and blues, depending on how many components I had on. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.
