ok I deleted my mods folder and made a new one and installed the mods I had installed excluding MVG and my game is still crashing could you help pls RagePluginHook.log And I'm getting this message

To start a new mods folder do I just delete my old one and then just make a new folder and I assuming when I delete the folder it will only effect my mods like stop the ped ETC not my cars or ELS

How would I create my own uninstaller?
