why do i need to remove arrest manager and police smart radio they work perfectly

so i just downloaded grammar police,but it says that the SPEECH ENGINE IS NOT RUNNING,CONSULT THE RAGEPLUGINHOOK,LOG FILE WHAT DO I DO

@WithLithum i dont see any ragepluginhook.log in my gta v file
