i tried it, no luck. i Tried every solution what i saw in the internet, i don't know what is the problem

Hi, my ragehook stops at startup ,it says that i don't have sufficient permission, but i already excluded all the files and the folders from the antivirus, i stopped all the services from the antivirus and i watched all the videos and read all the forums for this problem but i can't solve it, it started whith the new gta v update. I already deleted everything, i reinstalled everything but i can't start the game with ragehook. Whitout ragehook the game works verry good, with scripthook and with everything,but when i install the lspdfr(automatic or manual) and i start it with ragehook the game stops. I have a clean install now for the GTA V and i installed just the laspdfr and it dosen't work. I atached the log file. Thank you. RagePluginHook.log
