Games working fine now. After 20 minutes of me trying to fix it and it just kept crashing it's working perfectly lol

I've taken the mod out and my game runs/loads fine, but as soon as I install Ultimate Backup it immediately crashes. I'm not sure what's going on, maybe another mod is conflicting it I don't know.

"I recently updated my GTA and installed the new LSPDFR/Rage, Scripthookv, and a new config. When I try to run the game through Steam, it gives me an error message stating 'Out of game memory. Please reboot and restart the game.' This error pops up after just a few seconds of running the game. I've already verified the integrity of game files and power-cycled my PC but the issue still persists. If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I'd greatly appreciate their help."

I've tried to verify the integrity of my game files, and downloaded the new ragenative and scripthookv files, and it still won't load. Not sure what else to do.
