  1. I did all of that and the lights and sirens still dont work
  2. Anytime I try to turn on my lights the only lights that work are the tail lights and when I try to turn on my sirens they just dont want to turn on. I reinstalled the ASI files on open IV and I also uninstalled ELS and reinstalled it. I only have one mod that I can possibly think of that could be causing it which is Modern Siren Pack 3.1.5. Im still very unsure what could possibly be causing it.

  4. I deleted and reinstalled the agency.xml files and it still doesnt open RagePluginHook.log
  5. Here are my other agency.xml files as well agency.xml agency.xml
  6. After editing agency_eupfr.XML to allow more vehicles to be used for agencies, I tried to start up GTA 5 but after the main loading screen it just stops and quits out of GTA 5 without any messages or pop ups. Did I mess it up by editing the XML file? agency_eupfr.xml
