Comes the SHP EUP retexture pack. Based on the North Carolina Highway Patrol.
While based on the North Carolina Highway Patrol, patches, badges, and other accessories were either altered or changed to be more "Lore friendly" to the state of San Andreas.
You'll need EUP 9.4 and EUP peds for this retexturing to be meaningful, which can be found below.
