    Earlier tonight I installed GTA V as well as the LSPDFR mod, the game initially ran after completing the introduction levels with the mod fully functioning. It began to crash sooner into game load until it wouldnt open the game at all, providing the insufficient permissions/ bad anti virus message. I've tried to run as admin, change plugin timeout threshold, exclude relative files from my anti-virus software, and change max events for ambient spawns. It freezes to the point where I have to shutdown my PC every single time.. pls help what do i do
