So i had lspdfr before and stopped playing to focus on other stuff and when I came back to the game it doesn't work anymore. I uninstalled all of it and reinstalled it and same problem. When I open it through rph(ragepluginhook) it says waiting to launch through steam and steam is open then gta opens but it opens like normal gta without mods and the rph loading screen remains there.
