  1. LSPDFR has Crashed (LSPDFR First Responce.dll)

    I have never had this issue with LSPDFR. Today I logged on and LSPD Crashed on the startup. I spent a few hours trying to fix it. Uninstalling LSPDFR, Plugins, GTA itself. I installed new EUP stuff and was really excited to use it (I know this isnt the issue). Can someone please help me out? I have been trying forever to fix this.
