I have no modded cars or anything else installed besides ELS and LSPDFR. This is a fresh install from about an hour ago. I put in the files you sent and RPH still won’t hook the game. And after it doesn’t hook, the game stops responding. I’ve got everything running as admin and exceptions made in my antivirus. Any other suggestions or should I just delete GTA and go play something else? I’m completely stumped. It seems like RPH is the only problem I'm having. Anything in the mods folder and my trainer work just fine. It's the RPH stuff that won't work and causes my game to stop working. Even a completely clean install with only LSPDFR won't work now, but it did yesterday.

I've been having trouble since yesterday installing LSPDFR and getting RPH to work. Vanilla game loads just fine. When I start RPH, I get the slow system message and GTAV stops responding and I have to force close. It worked "sorta" yesterday. I got to play twice yesterday. I've done 5 fresh installs of GTAV and all associated mods and scripts. It won't even let me load just vanilla LSPDFR anymore. I've perused the forums and tried every "fix" I've seen across 3 sites. Everything has admin privileges now and it's working less and less each time I do a fresh install. Started with NVE and that's the only time it worked at all. I played for a while and decided to install a couple cars and that's the last time it got past the main screen or even hooked RPH. I've now spent my entire two days off trying to get this to work.
