    Hey All, Game will open but when I move at all It crashes.  I did a fresh install of the game and LSPDFR as well.   I have a DLC car pack installed, EUP uniforms and menu, and simple trainer.  I also updated Game config and Heap.  Rage Hook had quit loading as well, but I changed virus protection settings and granted admin permissions and it seems to run normally now. (thanks to the forums for finding that answer)

    I changed mod folder to "_Mod" and still crashed.  Loading game off steam.  All these mods worked fine, EUP mods weren't loading correctly and I tried to reinstall it is what caused this whole ordeal.  I'm 3 days into trying to get this to work. I've watched youtube videos and countless forum posts and I just can't figure it out.  I appreciate any suggestions!
