So I have Jurisdictions+, Ultimate Backup, and ELS Addon car packs for tons of jurisdictions. I wanna add new custom patrols to the agencies.xml file so police in Vespucci will drive Vespucci vehicles and Sandy Shores vehicles will drive in Sandy Shores. Also, is there any way to add Highway State Patrol to be on the highways only? Please someone get back to me soon.

I am using LSPD & Friends, SAHD & Friends, and LSSD & Friends. I am wondering how to get these different departments to use these ELS vehicles as only LSPD is using them. PLease help, I can't find support anywhere else.

Whenever I enter an ELS vehicle for some reason my game crashes with no error messages ever. I've tried two packs now and it does the same thing. I really need an answer, I wasted a day trying to get LSPDFR to work with mods and this issue it the only thing in my way. I want to install DLS, ELS, and character clothes for lspdfr. Every tutorial uses a mods folder that I don't have in my GTAV directory, and I don't know how to add one. Anybody know what to do? Nevermind I figured it out.
