  1. Can't arrest suspects

    Overloard45 posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    Most likely the error is with me, but when a suspect stands in front of me with the hands uo I cant arrest them (nor get him to lay on the floor). I've tried re-bining the key so there is no conflict with the existing keys, but for some reason it won't work.
