EUP menu crashing when opened

Hey, sorry but this doesn't work. The game still appears to be crashing. -
Everytime I load into the game it gives me the error: "WARNING! Plugin "EUP Menu" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze." I've fresh installed it, verified my games files and nothing worked. Please help me to fix this.
