    Neat, I actually made pretty much same thing a while back for the fivem community I was in, the person running lspd wanted liveries based off delta police. Ignore the garbage quality, use to have a reallly bad pc. ,

    I found what caused this, its in your scripts folder something like addon car spawner, it wouldve been in the OIV file used if you replaced all the cars in game. Ig just remove all the affiliated stuff and hope it sorts it.
