This is my first public release. I made this for my server, but we decided to go a different direction. So instead of deleting it, I will release it to you guys. It is Non-ELS and no I will not convert to ELS for you. No I won't add or change anything for you. I will not answer questions for you.

This vehicle is made for FiveM, you can use it in SP, just need to do whatever you need to do to make it work in SP. This is FiveM ready, meaning all you need to do is drag it into your server resources and start it. The YTD file was compressed so you won't go over streaming limits. Something majority of people who say "FiveM ready" don't do. I don't take requests, I only make vehicles for my FiveM role play server. If you want more information about that, see my profile. If you want to edit light pattern or ground effect color here is the light guide

Red are even siren number
Blue are odd siren number
1-6 are the front lights
7-8 are the head lights 
9-12 are rear lights
13-14 are Pside lights
15-16 are Dside lights
17-18 are tail lights.

Alrighty, I have been getting a lot of request to make a OAK CREEK police skin.

I made the skin from scratch, yes the main color isnt 100% on but that is as close as I can get it. Many of you remember Oak Creek Wisconsin from the shooting that happened last year http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wisconsin_Sikh_temple_shooting

I was going to make a Tahoe but it wouldn't work out, maybe im just stupid or something but maybe later I will make a Tahoe version....

HELLO EVERY ONE!!!

​ This is my very 1st skin I made for GTA 4. Its from the Milwaukee police department in Wisconsin, I like to give some history on things I make so here it is.

The Milwaukee Police department works in one of the worst cities in the USA, the NYPD sends homicide officers to Milwaukee to learn how they handle homicides. Also they send higher rank officers to learn how we handle chase's and officer downs; so do a lot of other big police departments. Milwaukee use to be in the top 10 worst city for crime in just 6 years the MPD has brought it up/down to 36!
Once again this is my 1st skin so don't yell at me if there is a little texture error or some thing I have played with them and they look pretty good.

I would like to thank rockstar for making this awesome game. Also the members of LCPDFR.com I would also like to thank that one kid that did that one thing for me that one time. Please don't take credit for this work if you like it tell your friends tell your mother tell your dog tell every one you can think of!!!!
Also to the people who make all the awesome cool cop cars.
The special thing about this police texture if you believe in it you will live longer!!! :biggrin:
