  1. Vehicle drivers are not registered as the owner

    JustManatee posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    For every car I pull over, the driver does not own the vehicle. The cars aren't marked as stolen though. I haven't had this issue in the past, and it makes my ALPR useless. I've attached 1 example of this issue below, and I've listen all of my plugins in case any of them might be conflicting. Thanks for any help you can provide.
