Hi there.
Until you get somebody to do this, hope this helps:
Download OPEN IV. it is your best friend. also winrar to open zip files. YOU NEED BOTH OF THOSE.
Go on youtube and check out Gaming4Life and his tutorials.
Your mods go in 1 of roughly 5 places, (you CAN get more specific than that but for now let's keep it simple).
Main GTAV folder // this is where the scripthookv and rage pluginhook go, as well as the lspdfr (note lowercase!!) folder.
Main GTAV folder > Plugins folder // this is where things like LSPDFR (caps) EUP menu, or realtimeSyncReborn go. These are GTAV plugins.(not lspdfr plugins)
Main GTAV folder > Plugins > LSPDFR // this is where LSPDFR specific plugins should go.
(there is also scripts folder for scripts, and mods folder for your vehicles and uniforms. THIS IS WHERE OPEN IV COMES IN).
NOTE: many mods provide you with a Plugins folder and tell you to drag and drop / replace the entire folder. IT IS BETTER TO OPEN THE FOLDER FIRST, and (if folder is named LSPDFR) drag the CONTENTS of downloaded folder into YOUR LSPDFR folder. REPLACE CONTENTS. NOT FOLDER.
mods typically come with a .dll file, a .ini file, and sometimes a folder with additional things like radio sounds and other ancillary things.
the dll executes the logic and the ini is settings for user to configure.
READ THE DESCRIPTION of every mod you install.
INSTALL ONE THING, TEST IT, THEN CONTINUE.
NEVER INSTALL MULTIPLE THINGS AT ONCE WITHOUT TESTING FIRST.
I hope this helps a little bit.
