they're all false positives, RPH is not a virus, it is only detecting a virus because RPH injects itself into GTA5.exe to work, which is a common trick viruses use to get into your system. Exclude the GTA V folder from your antivirus or temporarily turn it off until the game loads up. this is a known problem because of the new windows defender update. it usually detects 3-4 viruses, one of them wacatac, but it is a false-positive

it's your problem mate it's working fine for everyone else... there is no big issue or outage, and this is one of the bugs that not many people have in general im not exactly sure whats causing this bug and everything that couldve fixed it that i know of didnt, and i have no other information other than the bug so im not sure i can help What does the error message say when it fails to connect? does it just close out? they cant fix it if they dont know what the problem is

Something in your mods folder is corrupted or bugged out then. You might have to delete it entirely, or go through the long tedious process of going through it folder by folder to see whats wrong.

try thinking did you install anything in the mods folder recently? if it's nothing out of the ordinary, try renaming your mods folder to _mods and try again.
