So not only LSPDFR won't work GTA 5 does the same thing, so it's with GTA 5, GTA 5 is always known for bs problems very sad programing in this game engine.

wonder if any one solved this issue?

Yeah same problem and i did change the threshold to 60,000 it keeps saying loading storymode rage hook plugin with the round circle moving even after 10 min still nothing.

Here is a cool car and was wondering if some one could edit this car and put ELS police lights in it to make it an unmarked, it's a cool looking car kind of looks like the gran torino that starsky and hutch car.. Any way is there any one who could do that??

ahh i see, it doesn't happen that often i only seen it once.. 
Not even sure what triggers it.

LSPDFR is great, works great, lots of fun..
Some things about it not sure if this helps and idea's i have that would add more to it and maybe give more realism to it, Again Not sure if any of these are possible..
(1) One thing that would probably put more realism,  is peds injury in car accidents i see maybe times peds going super fast and slam into a wall and then drive off, this is just un-realistic in 2 ways, #1 a ped would not run off that quick after hitting a wall, #2 the car probably wouldn't be able to drive, so not sure if there is a way to cause the car to be disabled more maybe only be able to move at 10% of it's power or not run at all..

(2) maybe a mod that would give the ability for you to direct traffic, telling vehicles to stop or go or things like that, and maybe request a AI to come in and direct traffic on a scene when you want to close off an area so 100 cars are not all piled up running into each other and causing chaos.

(3) maybe a mod to give you the ability to cause all traffic control lights to turn red when your entering an intersection in a high speed chase?
In real life police and fire have the ability to do that with a remote switch..

(4) there is a LSPDFR instance that happens rarely, but you can go to pull over a ped and find the ped exit the vehicle and flash an FIB badge, this should probably happen more often.

(5) maybe when you pull over a ped and hand them a ticket or arrest them the ped will complain more maybe even when placed in a vehicle kick the door or window and be disorderly..


These are just a few suggesting things that might make it all that much better..
Not sure what every one else thinks..

Pulled over a vehicle and then the female driver got out of the car and flashed a FIB Agent Badge, was curious if this is a LSPDFR Event?

Yeah, but i think this update was maybe bug fixes from their new addon the Contract not sure, but what this does is takes you away from it until every one can come out with their updates for the addons you have, otherwise you can't use it, i don't think they realize 90% of the people playing GTAV are not really Playing GTAV they are playing it with addons and mods, and so when they do an update it makes it un-usable until the people update their mods.. 

Here we go again, they just Updated GTAV Once again, so we have to wait for updates of other stuff, not sure why they don't put all their updates at once rather every other week we are getting updated.. ERR

I Donated $50.00 to him last update, i don't complain either, he has a job and things to do as we all do, Those things has to come first.

Usually AB is pretty good with the updating Script Hook V, usually with in 3 to 7 days.
But as i said sometimes things need to come first..

He will update it soon enough, just have to wait...

But give him something when he does when you download it, instead of going to McDonalds or something toss him $25.00 or something if every one who uses it would do that, that would be a big help, coding takes time and it's work so don't be selfish give him something..

Here we go again with a new GTAV update, Now we got to wait for Alexander Blade to Produce the update for Scriphookv, Of course LSPDFR works with out it, But ELS doesn't i don't think..

Ok so i noticed the AI police in the game their uniforms are not quite right, you can see the rank patch (Strips) Under the shirt like it was pasted on their arms on the skin.
Here is a picture example i'm leaving does any one know how to fix this?

Nope i don't have any mods or plugins

The only plugins i have is 1 and that is what comes with LSDPFR NO MODS EITHER
the only plugin i have is "LSPD First Response"

did you even look at the RagePluginHook.log file? there is only one plugin running and that is First response that is it.

that is it.

I got GTA 5 Newest version working and then installed LSPDFR when i run rage  i get this error while GTA 5 is loading..
i enclosed my scripthookV.log file in this..

Yes in windows defender under exclusions i have the gta5 folder added i tried it with both added and take off.

also Rage and all my other .exe programs in gta5 folder are set to run as an administrator as well..

Any one know what the reason for this is?

Any one know what is happening here when i updated gta5 steam version to the latest version GTA 5 gets this error, also i download the latest LSPDFR install as well and the latest scriphookv and both GTA 5 or LSPDFR doesn't launch..
That is what i get..
there is a copy of the ragepluginhook.log file if any one can tell me what is going on..

Oh i have the latest copy of ragenativeui, but not sure if the actual plugin needs to be updated as well or does the current versions work?

Curious if Is STOP THE PEDS, and GRAMMAR POLICE, still working with the new LSPDFR Update?
Any one know??
Or Do them plugins have to be updated to work with the Updated LSPDFR??

Also i truly believe that the Dispatch voice is either part of GTA 5 Or a Software generated voice..
I don't think it was a hired person to speak the dialog at all i think it was computer generated..
