Those are the plugins they are in Epic Games/GTAV/plugins I have some livery's too but idk how to input them so yk. So now this is getting ignored too.

I'm new to this whole LSPDFR and mod thing, I finally tried to get plugins on it and it wont load, it comes up with a error message that is along the lines of "The specified file is not a valid CLR assembly" The plugins are in; Local Disk/Program Files/Epic Games/GTAV/plugins here's the log thing
