i think i found it i had ScripthookV.net in my game folder i guess i missed with i took it out and it seems to work now

RagePluginHook.logRagePluginHook.logRagePluginHook.log this is with _mods and still crashes upon plugin load, also note GTAV runs flawlessly even after launching RPH, i can spawn custom REPLACE caars and use ELS functions on them without issue but as soon as i F4 and load LSPDFR is instantly crashes.

submitting my log here. i had lspdfr working i exited the game to change a setting for ELS and now i cant get past loading Lspdfr.dll. i even corrected the option i changed for ELS and still it wont load. i dont know what i broke, i tried completely restoring a vanilla copy of GTAV and doing a new manual install of LSPDFR, added just 5 plugins. it will launch once then if i leave and launch again it crashes on loading the plugin. my process for getting into LSPDFR is i launch GTAV via steam, load story mode, tab out launch RPH, then once its hooked in a F4 and load LSPDFR. i have the timeout threshold in RPH set at 60000 and i force windowed mode.
