And what if i deleted something essential on accident? Not saying I did, but would that fix that too?

How can i start with a clean verified folder? I haven't played for like 2 weeks because I haven't been able to. Thanks

So it all started when i tried installing rde, and I noticed it was a oiv file, and at the time i didn't know how to use those, so i tried to extract it all, and installed it, but I realized how to install oiv files so then i did that and all my add-on cars were missing because it over rode my dlclist.xml so then i deleted rde as best I could, and added everything back to my dlclist.xml, and started playing as normal, when my game started crashing more that usual, so i dug through my game files, and i couldn't find anything else related to rde. I just kept on playing as usual, until it really started annoying me, so I did a probably really bad decision. I delated everything from my GTA V main directory relating to every mod whatsoever, them copied the leftovers into another folder I named "Modded GTA V", and I just modded it without trying to play at all, but when I finally tried to play, it said my game was corrupt, and i tried playing the clean copy, but it wouldn't load so now i can't play either one, and I don't know the issue for the clean one, and don't really know the cause of the modded one either, so now i don't know what to do. What might've lead to this was installing rde 2 times, and it did say "install on a clean copy", so i probably should've payed attention. Any help appreciated. I also don't have a log because I haven't been able to load into the game.

So this is related to rage plugin hook's site being down, and I found you can still play with your internet disabled, rage plugin hook said on discord that they are aware, and are trying to get the site back up, but for now you can play offline no problem. If you have ultimate backup and/or stop the ped, if you try the offline method, could let me know if those are working for you, because for me it says they aren't being verified correctly. I just want to know if others are having the same issue. I believe this is happening to everybody, not just you so don't worry about it being something wrong on your end.

Hey, my ragepluginhook keeps on crashing randomly while on patrol, and sometimes when loading up the game. I have a lot of vehicle packs, and callout packs, so that might be an issue. I don't have any other ideas as to what the problem could be other than those 2 possible issues. There are 2 things I've noticed about when the game crashes. One of those things, is that when I drive fast and go pretty close to some npc cars, it can sometimes crash, and the other thing is that it sometimes crashes when I end a callout.
