    It just keeps crashing, I have tried to reinstall GTA V, LSPDFR, Rage Hook. But nothing seems to work. I dont even get to the loading screen. I have tried to turn off the hooks when loading to start it using f4 but I cant even get it to loading screen. PLEASE HELP
