  1. Microsoft Visual++ error message

    I installed the appropriate Microsoft Visual++ for my PC. Then I went to manually install lspdfr and an error message says that I need visual ++ even though I have already downloaded this beforehand. (I already tried automatic install and that did not work either) please let me know what to do thank you
