    Good Evening, I am new to LSPDFR and I am in need of some help with ELS. I have downloaded everything as directed more than once, but my ELS is not working. The only issue I have been able to find is my ASI file is not downloading in readable text. It is all garbled words and symbols. Does anyone know of a fix for this? When I load a vehicle the lights will steady burn and the tail lights flash. I cannot open the ELS menu either. Any help is appreciated!
