got it working, but still having issues adding cars, and the radar mod

I need help adding vehicles into LSPDFR. The only ones i have gotten to work are the explorer and charger from the BCA pack. All the others i download and add through OpenIV give me a message saying "cannot add files" or "this process is busy". can anyone help me understand what i may be doing wrong? thanks in advance.

i got it started up. i just cant figure out how to add other vehicles and stuff to it. 😕 sorry i should have worded it better

Sorry to bother everyone. But I recently downloaded LSPDFR and I figured out how to launch it and work with the controls some. But I want to know how to add extra mods to the game, like vehicles and uniforms and so on.
