    I got the same problem and the new version of Script Hook is still not available,so to avoid the problem and keep playing with mods while new Script Hook version will be available,I'm running an old version of GTA (v1.0.2245.0) and mods are working. Downgrade GTA is very simple,the only annoying things of this process are the update.rpf files which have to be replaced,so you have to copy and paste every add-on line from the modded update.rpf files because if you just replace it,it won't working. Watch on YT some tutorials on how to downgrade GTA,it's very simple and lmk if you got problems,in case you'll have 'em I will try to help you.
