Thank you, so would I have to delete both callout manager and Immersive Dispatch or just Callout manager?

If it's not texture loss problems I'm having it's always something that crashes my game. I recently was able to fix texture loss by installing a gameconfig and heap adjuster, now I am having problems with the game crashing. I just don't know what to do with this anymore. I have a ton of plugins downloaded most which are newly updated and some that may be a bit older. After forcing duty and choosing my ELS vehicle, the game begins to lose textures on the ground and buildings, I have an Acer Nitro 5 which is a pretty good gaming pc so I know my pc should do great with graphics I just cant seem to figure out the problem. I am going to upload my log as well RagePluginHook.log

Can someone please assist me with figuring out what's causing my LSPD FIRST RESPONSE to keep crashing, I can't seem see what's wrong. Also I need some assistance with me suffering from texture lost. My game was fine at first but now all of a sudden it just keeps crashing. Thank you. RagePluginHook.log

I need some help figuring out what's causing my game to crash, I do have a few replacement cars and several callout packs installed. However, my game just began crashing about a week ago and I don't know the reason. I know that someone may want me to upload my log but I don't know exactly how to do that as well, PLEASE HELP.
