    Hello everyone, im needing help bad! I tried to download LCSO Liberty Pack 1.1.0 by Ripple. the vehicle meta files are corrupted and will not let you open the file. Ive watched a video on YouTube and of course this is the last step based on what the video is saying. The video seems good especially where hes showing stepo by step process.     Hello and sorry if this topic is in the wrong section. I'm new to LSPDFR and will be starting to play in about a week when I get my PC. I was wanting to know how I can go by getting someone to create a skin for vehicles such as the new Tahoe's , crown vics, chargers etc for a certain agency i work for?
