    This is ELS that everyone is using Ctrl+P is the console it will bring out the menu but just close it and it will be there I also recomend this video as he explains a lot of things

    Ok so for anyone who has bright head/stop light and all that here is a fix: Instal corona begone(https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/corona-begone) follow install Instructions in READ ME! and its fixed Hope this helps
