"[CVehicle] HasDriver: Driver seat is occupied, but ped is invalid"
I found that having lcpdfr installed on a fresh install has this occur when not on duty (not having even started with Alt + P) and played through the story up to after the first date with Michelle, then receiving a call for drinks with Roman, upon meeting Roman he got in the car and then I was unable to drive or move the vehicle or do anything except press Esc to pause. Pressing ` to bring up the console and typing 'reloadscripts' fixed this issue, but resulted in my game crashing moments later just because lcpdfr was unable to restore my session due to the fact I hadn't saved and lcpdfr seems to attempt a restore through the previous save.
A note I took from this was don't reloadscripts unless you have a save game. Otherwise I played a Full Hour and 20 Mins with no issues up to that point. Below is irrelevant to this but is a few helpful things I have noted if anyone is interested, as this is my first post and probably only post for a long time... I'll try and keep it brief.
I am also running including LCPDFR, a custom preset of Cry ENB, ELS 8.5, First Person, RealTraffic, Skorpo Brake Lights, Ultimate Camera Control, SniperBT, RealReload, Pickups 2.0 (Suspect this has a fatal effect on the story - resulting in a fail mission at the porn shop, i.e the shot kills the target rather then wounding), LessOvertaking, IV-CopManager, EnemyAlert and LCPDFR plugin Callouts. The only vehicles modded are Police vehicles using the LSPD Pack ELS v8 and the FBI, nstockade and pstockade from the Liberty State Police Pack.
Also anyone having issues with LCPDFR displaying/spamming error on startup, deleting old log files will prevent this, as LCPDFR scans the logs for errors and shuts down if it sees any... This will not prevent errors but will stop the initial false flag of an error from a previous playtime.
Hope this helps someone.
