  1. I finally got it working. I had to update Windows 10 as mentioned above, which carried the latest .net framework.
  2. Thats a great suggestion, but im getting .Net Framework not supported. I think because its on windows 10 Pro? I think it was my windows version 1511. I am updating to the newest Windows 10 May 2021 update and I believe that should help a bit. Ill advise if I can update the .net framework afterwards.
  3. Anyone know what is the cause? I loaded the log file and no response.
  4. New steam download of GTV Los Santos (2372). Installed the latest 0.4.9 LSPDFR with no additional plugins and immediately after loading, the LSPD First Response.dll crashes. After reading so many messages of people having the same issue with the initial install, I tried manually installing LSPD, also changing the plugin timeout all the way up to 60000 but nothing seems to work. Im running on Windows 10, and I disabled Windows Defender before installing GTV and downloading LSPDFR, so it can't be that. Why isn't this working out of the box? I couldn't find where to attach the ragepluginhook, however here is what is listed in the contents. Also, I will note that there is a plugin folder, but that got created when the LSPDFR plug was installed. The only thing in the plugin folder is: "LSPD First Response.dll" & LSPD First Response.pdb.
