  1. LSPDFR Error after downloading mod

    Hi! Please help! i downloaded the 'Stop the Ped' mod today, and ever since, my gta refuses to load LSPDFR. it says that LSPDFR.First.Responce.dll is missing, however i didnt delete anything, and i dont know where that file is, i've attached a screenshot of what it says when i type "Load Plugin" if anyone could help, it would be super appricated, the plugins folder isnt even for lspdfr its for the stop the ped mod.
