    Every time i launch gta from RPH, it says Insufficient Permissions or Bad Antivirus, i have tried exempting gta v folder from my anti virus, turning off my firewall and antivirus, enabling direct 11x, I have ran rage as an admin, turned my plugin timeout threshold to 60000, tried running it with script hook v and without, and none of that works. I have a few plugins including: stop the ped, ultimate backup, and compulite.

    when I load the game and force duty, stop the ped, ultimate backup, and compulite all say failed to verify game date, I am connected to the internet and my firewall and antivirus are off, anyone know what to do?
